All products sold on DRV are digital products. No physical items are shipped.

Digital products are delivered electronically via email, account access, or direct download after payment is successfully processed. Most orders are delivered instantly; however, in some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or system delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. DRV is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information.
